Het Dok
AmsterdamThe site of the former NDSM shipyard in Amsterdam-Noord is packed with character. The port of Amsterdam, formerly dominated by shipbuilding, is now home to industries ranging from catering to construction, and this project will play a major part in the area’s growth. In collaboration with Bouwinvest, we are developing a multipurpose building on TT Vasumweg. The plinth will offer facilities for the new neighborhood that is emerging in this part of the shipyard.

The Het Dok project consists of 449 multi-family homes, of which 314 are mostly midrange private rental properties, and 135 are affordable housing. The building has a wide plinth with three towers. Facilities for local residents will be provided in the retail areas on the ground floor. The homes range in size from 50 to 106 square metres.
