In short: SPOT Amsterdam is set to become a vibrant and bustling residential and working neighbourhood with approximately 1,000 new homes and 20,000 m² in facilities for around 2,000 new residents. Shops, pop-ups and concept stores, stylish boutiques, creative work spaces, small craft areas, health and wellness, cosy cafes and restaurants and plenty of options for sports.

Stylish and sustainable homes in different sizes and variations, alongside vibrant small squares and greenery. Available in the sale and rental sector and equipped with all amenities. In SPOT, the modern city dweller will be able to select his or her ideal Amsterdam home!
