Maanplein
The HagueCOD and Borghese Real Estate bought the building complex “The Green Campus” at Het Maanplein at The Hague. The Green Campus is a large-scale office complex developed for KPN in the period from 1999 to 2001. The campus consists of twelve buildings totaling 80.000m² and is located in a unique park-like setting on the edge of The Hague and Voorburg.
Additionally, the complete complex is built on an underground parking garage which offers space for 950 parking spaces.
A unique, park-like setting
The complex will be redeveloped into an area with a mix of live and work, fitting into the overall redevelopment of the area The Binckhorst. There is also room for retail and catering. The first phase consists of the transformation of six vacant offices to 266 private housing and some commercial spaces. These rentals are conducted by Amvest Investment Management.
