Matthijs den Teuling (1980) Joined COD on 2 January 2023. After his study Construction Management in Tilburg, he gained broad knowledge and experience in both National and International Construction and Project Development previously working for BAM and Vastint Hospitality. Matthijs has a central role in our construction projects at COD.

Nicky joined COD as a project developer in July 2021. After studying Architecture and Real Estate & Housing at the TU Delft, Nicky worked for 4.5 years as a real estate development consultant and project manager at Res & Smit.
After completion of his master Commercial & Company Law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, Mike started his legal career at a corporate service provider with a focus on the real estate industry. As his interests for this sector kept on growing, he decided to make the transition to COD in December 2020, where he supports the entire team in his role as Legal Counsel, with a range of legal matters a project developer deals with on a daily basis.
Tim started working at COD after studying Management in the Built Environment at TU Delft. Next to the creative and entrepreneurial challenges of project development, Tim has the mission to integrate new innovations in the projects of COD.
After studying Architecture at Eindhoven University of Technology, Elise worked for nine years at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance as transaction manager / project developer. As of October 2018 she switched to COD as project developer.
A large part of COD’s portfolio is converting vacant office properties. I graduated from the TU Delft after the use of prefabs to convert empty offices to residential. Not surprisingly, COD and I were a good fit. I’m currently working on project development from a broad creative, technical and financial point of view.
To cut right to the chase, I think project developers have a responsibility to add lasting value. That’s the perspective I work from when I set up COD projects. I have broad experience within the real estate sector, from architects to contractors and from office development to homes and hotels.
Jan joined COD as a project developer in April 2020. 'The city is always on the move. The pressure on cities is increasing and poses major societal challenges. That's where I have an important role as a project developer'. Before that, Jan worked as a developer at SENS real estate for 4.5 years. He studied Architecture and Real Estate & Housing at TU Delft.
After her Schoevers educations, Esmee has many years of experience in various supporting roles. As an Office Manager, she is the first point of contact both internally and externally. Within the COD team she has a facilitating function, with secretarial and organizing tasks.
After her Media Management Study Ashley has gained experience as a project- and office manager. Ashley has proven herself to be a spider in the web at COD. She supports the team where necessary.
Lots of companies claim to be pioneers with a different approach to business, but in my opinion that really is the case with COD. They encourage you to take the initiative, and they have an energetic and enterprising culture. It’s important to feel in control of your destiny.
As a co-founder and shareholder of COD, I’m also managing partner at Timeless Investments, the Van Veggel family office. My focus is on real estate development, acquisition and creation, and I also stood at the beginning of B.Amsterdam. I have an entrepreneurial urge, so I feel at home at COD.
At BK Ingenieurs I gained a lot of know-how in a variety of disciplines. In 2004 I switched to Borghese Real Estate, where I acquired a great deal of practical experience of developing retail, logistics, office and residential property. Since 2013, I’ve been involved in COD's day-to-day management.
If I could summarize COD’s mission in one sentence, it would be making clients happy with beautiful, functional and sustainable buildings. Since 2013, I’ve been co-owner and active shareholder of COD, closely involved in various projects.
